浅究水利水电工程施工安全管理的影响因素及对策

摘要：\"安全\"是一个企业发展的基础原则，也是一个永久不变的话题。\"安全第一\"是每一个施工队的首要准则，也是企业效益的地基。本文从安全管理的特点和自身多年的工作经验出发，提出了有效应对水电工程项目安全风险的措施。本文从水电工程项目的风险评估着手，从项目风险等级、项目管理、制度保障、工人的安全意识等几个方面探讨了水电工程项目施工的安全管理。

Abstract:Basedontheprincipleof\"safety"isthedevelopmentofanenterprise,isalsoaneternaltopic.\"Safetyfirst\"istheprimarycriterionforeachconstructionteam,isalsotheenterprisebenefitfoundation.Inthispaper,fromthecharacteristicsofsafetymanagementandtheiryearsofworkexperience,andputsforwardthesafetyriskeffectivelydealwithhydropowerprojectmeasures.Thisarticlefromtheriskassessmentofhydropowerprojectstarted,anddiscussesthesecuritymanagementofhydropowerprojectconstructionfromseveralprojectrisklevel,projectmanagement,systemsecurity,thesafetyawarenessofworkers.
