发表核心期刊神经再支配和不同部位供皮(2)

  本研究显示,感觉神经植入术不仅可以恢复失神经皮肤(皮瓣)的功能,而且能够使失神经区移植的皮肤获得较完备神经再支配.同时依不同类型的移植皮片其小体再生率有差别.本研究为今后临床工作中如何恢复移植皮片最佳的感觉功能,特别是手外伤造成指尖和指腹缺损的病例,正确选择供区和修复手段提供了一定的理论依据.
