　　四、 结束语

　　商务智能起源于上世纪90年代末，并在本世纪之初的几年之间得到蓬勃发展。由于企业对商务智能需求的不断变化和信息技术的日新月异，商务智能也随之持续、快速地变化发展着，目前呈现出新的特点和发展趋势，如：商务智能被整合进企业门户，商务智能和无线技术相结合形成无线商务智能，商务智能逐步形成跨越不同领域、厂商和技术的通用语言即分析型可扩展标记语言(XMLA)，商务智能的直接支持范围从单个企业扩展到企业所在价值链中的所有企业并支持这些企业协作式地互动，商务智能利用高级视觉技术如三维技术、INTERNET技术、GPS技术等为用户提供更精细、更灵活、更专业化的视图、报告、图表和基于情景的解释、解决方法;商务智能更加安全以保护商业机密。
