[摘要] 目的 针对健康教育在心脏介入导管室护理中的运用,探讨加强健康教育对心脏介入患者康复的重要作用。方法 选取2013年2月―2014年2月于该院择期进行心脏介入性诊疗的286名患者为研究对象,采用随机方法将患者随机分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规健康指导,观察组进行三阶段健康教育。对两组患者的术中配合度、恐惧心理以及术后恢复情况进行对比分析。结果 经过一段时间的观察,观察组的143名患者的焦虑状态(59.95±4.99)较护理前(68.41±4.99)有明显的好转,患者的睡眠质量得到了提高,从原来的(10.28±2.92)下降到(7.09±0.61),并且在对医护人员的护理工作也表示非常的满意。患者的抑郁焦虑情况、睡眠质量、以及对医护人员护理的满意度与对照组的患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的患者的术中恐惧心理明显少于对照组患者,配合度明显优于比对照组患者,术后恢复明显优于对照组患者。 结论 健康教育的护理需要医院的医护人员在护理工作中不断的完善自己,提高护理的水平。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the significant effect of health education on the rehabilitation of patients with cardiac intervention based on the application of it to the nursing in interventional cardiac catheterization room. Methods 286 patients underwent elective cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The control group was given the conventional health guidance, while the observation group was given the 3-stage health education. And the intraoperative cooperation, fear and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After a period of observation, the score of anxiety of the 143 patients in the observation group was (59.95±4.99) points, better than (68.41±4.99) points before nursing, and the sleep quality of the patients improved, which decreased to(7.09±0.61) points from (10.28±2.92) points, and they were very satisfied with the nursing work of the medical staff. The differences in status of depression and anxiety, sleep quality, the patient's satisfaction with the medical staff between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05). The intraoperative fear and cooperation and postoperative recovery of the observation group was much better than that of the control group, respectively. Conclusion Health education nursing needs hospital medical staff to constantly improve themselves in nursing work so as to improve the nursing level. The health nursing education applied to cardiac intervention nursing can significantly enhance the effect of nursing, so it is necessity for the patients with cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment and is worthy of vigorously promotion.

[Key words] Health education; Interventional cardiac catheterization room; Rehabilitation nursing   心脏介入是用于诊断和治疗的一种新型心血管疾病技术,它的工作原理是通过穿刺体表的血管,用数字减影连续投照,把一种特定的心脏导管送入心脏,来进行心脏病的诊断和治疗,是一种安全、创伤小、成功率高的诊治方法[1]。心脏介入导管对护士的要求很高。需要护士对患者进行详细的健康教育宣传和细致的护理,才有利于手术的成功和患者的康复。在患者住院期间,护士往往是实施健康教育的角色,而对于心脏介入导管室的护士来说,此项工作尤为重要。对于患者来说,导管室是一个陌生环境,心脏介入导管手术是一个未知的手术,而且又没有家属的陪伴,心里不免有很多的担心和彷徨,所以患者不仅希望对自己的介入诊疗过程有所了解,而且也希望护士能够为患者提供细致周到的照顾以及较好的心理安慰,因此,健康教育对于进行心脏介入性诊疗的患者来说是非常重要的[2]。对此,该研究选取该院于2013年2月―2014年2月于该院择期进行心脏介入性诊疗的286名患者为研究对象,对这些患者进行健康教育的必要性进行了探讨,现报道如下。
